NHIndustries is a helicopter manufacturing company established in 1992 by Agusta of Italy, Eurocopter of Germany and France as well as Stork Fokker Aerospace of the Netherlands.
The shares held by each of these companies in NHIndustries are:
- Agusta: 32%
- Eurocopter 62.5%
- Fokker: 5.5%
NHIndustries was specifically established to be the prime contractor for the design & development, industrialisation, production and logistic support of the NHI NH90 series of helicopters.
