Mr. District Attorney
Mr. District Attorney was a popular radio crime drama which aired on NBC and ABC from April 3, 1939 to June 13, 1952. Created by Ed Byron, the series was inspired by the life of New York governor Thomas E. Dewey. During the long run of the series, the title role was played by several different actors — Dwight Weist, Raymond Edward Johnson, Jay Jostyn and David Brian.
