Moxoene was a region and a family of the old Armenia c. 400–800, also known by the name Mokq.

Rulers know: c. 390 was ruler Sura. They lost the power but recovered it. In 415 was ruler Atom; in 445 Artak; in 480 Ohan; and in 640.

The region was in hand of Sembat Bagratuni c. 850
