Motaro is a character in the Mortal Kombat video game series.

About Motaro

Motaro is easily one of the most intimidating characters in the history of Mortal Kombat. He is a Centaur, meaning that he has the body of a stallion and the torso of a man. Added to that, Motaro sports a pair of capricorn-like horns and has a long, rat-like tail he can use as both a fa jing channeling point and a limb. During Shao Kahn's invasion of Earthrealm, he was the leader of the elite extermination squads sent to kill the remaining humans, especially the chosen warriors. He was later slain by the rival Shokan warrior Sheeva.

Movie appearance

Motaro appears in Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. His rivarly with Sheeva is briefly hinted at, and in his last battle sequence, he is defeated by Jax.
