Moimenta da Beira
Moimenta da Beira is a Portuguese town in the district of Viseu, região Norte and subregião of Douro, with about 2,400 inhabitants. The city administration with 219.75 km² in area and 11,074 inhabitants (2001), subdivided in 20 parishes. The city is bounded by Tabuaço the northeast, Sernancelhe in the southeast, Sátão in the south, Vila Nova de Paiva in the west and Taruoca and Armamar in the northwest.

Coat of arms and flag
The coat of arms are made up with two corn cobs, one on the top-right and one on a bottom-left with a leaf from a corn tied in a red ribbon with a white strip. Surrounding the two are a wavy blue strip in a grey shield. The crown has 4 towers.
The color of the flag is green and yellow in four squares, yellow on top-left and bottom right and green on top-right and bottom left.
