Japanese cruiser Mogami

Mogami was the first in a class of four heavy cruisers that sailed in the Imperial Japanese Navy during World War II.
Three of the four Mogami-class ships, Mogami, Suzuya, and Kumano, were sunk in the Pacific Ocean in 1944. The fourth, Mikuma, was sunk in the Battle of Midway, in June of 1942.
