Moe Sihota
Moe Sihota is a former Canadian politician.
He was elected in 1986 as a New Democrat MLA in British Columbia. He was the first Indo-Canadian elected to the British Columbia legislature. He served in many cabinet posts during the governments of Mike Harcourt, Glen Clark and Ujjal Dosanjh, but was forced to resign from cabinet several times due to controversy.
Following the NDP's massive defeat in the 2001 provincial election, Sihota became a television host for The New VI in Victoria.
