Electoral district of Brown Hill-Ivanhoe
Brown Hill-Ivanhoe is an abolished Electoral district of Western Australia. As in other districts, the Brown Hill-Ivanhoe district elected a single person to the Western Australian Legislative Assembly. The elected person was then known as the Member for Brown Hill-Ivanhoe, and was said to hold the seat of Brown Hill-Ivanhoe.
The Brown Hill-Ivanhoe district was created by a merger of the Brown Hill and Ivanhoe districts under the Redistribution of Seats Act 1911. Its first member was John Scaddan, who had previously been the Member for Ivanhoe, and who would later be Premier of Western Australia while holding the seat. Brown Hill-Ivanhoe was abolished under the Redistribution of Seats Act 1948.
