Mekhi Phifer
Mehki Phifer born (24 December, 1974) is an American actor.
He has a starring role as Dr. Pratt on NBC's television program "ER".
In 2004, Mehki was on Punk'd after being tricked by Ashton Kutcher's crew members for falsely believing that he had not paid a traffic ticket for going over the speed limit in Barstow, California.
