MeMZ
Melitopol Motor Plant or MeMZ (Russian: Мелитопольский моторный завод, МеМЗ) is a leading Ukrainian engine factory. Established in 1958 as an engine plant for ZAZ, it is best known for its range of aircooled engines used in Zaporozhets cars.
The factory was incorporated into AvtoZAZ holding in 1975. With the establishment of AutoZAZ-Daewoo in 1998, it was renamed AutoZAZ-Motor and then incorporated into the ZAZ in 2002.
