Mark Jindrak

Mark Jindrak

Mark Jindrak (born June 26, 1977) is a professional wrestler performing for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on the SmackDown! brand.

Career

Jindrak first made a name for himself in the World Championship Wrestling (WCW) promotion, where he eventually became part of a successful tag team with Sean O'Haire. He was part of a group called the Natural Born Thrillers with O'Haire, Mike Sanders, Johnny Stambolli, Rick Cornell, Shawn Stasiak and Chuck Palumbo.

After WCW was bought out, he was soon signed by WWE and started out forming a tag team with Garrison Cade on the RAW brand, the team found little success on RAW and soon separated when Jindrak was drafted to SmackDown!.

He first appeared on Smackdown's sister show Velocity where he adopted a gimmick of an egotistical, narcissistic heel obsessed with his own physique (similar to Lex Luger), calling himself "The Reflection of Perfection" and standing infront of a mirror to admire himself. He would soon gain a manager by the name of Theodore Long for a brief period until the pair split when Long went on to become the GM of Smackdown.

Jindrak then aligned himself with Kurt Angle and Luther Reigns, whom he helped take down, and shave bald The Big Show, during the 5th Anniversary episode of the SmackDown! in September, 2004. After a teaming with Reigns for a while, the pair began to have fallings out, most notably after a "Double Jeopardy" (handicap) match on the Smackdown taping February 22nd (airing on February 24th) in Philadelphia against The Undertaker. This led to Jindrak turning face and delivering a few knock-out punches to Reigns, punches that have now become one of his signature moves.
