Maaseik
Maaseik is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Limburg. On January 1st, 2004 Maaseik had a total population of 23,504 (11,791 males and 11,713 females). The total area is 76.91 km² which gives a population density of 305.59 inhabitants per km².
Birthplace of Hubert van Eyck.
