M. Stefan Strozier

M. Stefan Strozier is an American-born writer, whose one-time pen name, Mila Strictzer, will generate many hits on any search engine for his myriad writings. He is a playwright, who casts, produces and directs his own plays; most recently, Guns, Shackles & Winter Coats, which has appeared in off-off Broadway theatres and workshops in New York City. He has been published, in print, in Gallery, War Heroes; and, the Taj Mahal Review, as well as several poetry periodicals. His collection of short stories is titled, Sickness of the Young. His works appear in numerous online journals and Web sites. He is the co-founder of the artistic and literary ezine, audience (www.worldaudience.org), which is a global consortium of artists, producing the ezine audience. One of his major subjects is insanity; and, he unashamedly mines personal experience for material. He is a maverick and a leader within the artistic community, as he rebels against postmodernism and the dying print culture of yesteryear. His epic poem, The Graveyard, is an example of his allegiance with Formalist Movement in poetry.
