Master of Engineering

(Redirected from M.Eng.)

A Master of Engineering (or M.Eng.) degree is a specific Master's degree awarded for postgraduate or undergraduate masters courses in the field of engineering.

Much like differences between other Master's degrees at institutions of higher learning, a M.Eng. can be coursework-based, research-based, or a mix of both. Some programs also require an internship or equivalent experience in specific subject areas. In the United States, programs may also require that students must pass the Fundamentals of Engineering exam.
