Mérida, Venezuela

The Venezuelan city of Mérida is capital of the state of the same name, Mérida State. Mérida is also home to a branch of the University of the Andes. It is home to the world's longest and highest cablecar, the Teleférico, and to Helados Coromoto, the ice cream parlor with the most flavors.
