Live Wire is a brand of orange-flavored Mountain Dew sold by the Pepsi-Cola Company.
Marketing
Live Wire was originally available only for a short time during the summer of 2003. Pepsi later brought it back for good. Whether this was an actual test drive or just a marketing ploy to generate publicity (eg, they would have brought it back anyway) is still debated.
