List of individuals executed in Kentucky
The following is a partial list of individuals executed in Kentucky.
- Rainey Bethea, d. 14 August 1936 by hanging for the rape of 70-year-old Elischa Edwards. He had confessed to her strangling but the commonwealth indicted him only on the rape charge since that was the only capital crime for which the penalty was hanging. It was to be the last public hanging in the United States; the execution was witnessed by thousands in downtown Owensboro.

- Edward L. Harper, Jr., d. 25 May 1999 by lethal injection for the murders of Alice Harper and Edward Lee Harper, Sr.
