Lee Ming-kwai

Lee Ming Kwai (born 1950) is (as of 2005) the commissioner and head of the Hong Kong Police Force. Lee was appointed to his post in December 2003. He joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in December 1972 as a Probationary Inspector.
