Land of a Thousand Hills

Land of a Thousand Hills may to used to refer to:

• another name for Rwanda, because of its hilly topography. This is a literal translation of the French "Pays des mille collines".

• a book published by Rosamond Halsey Carr, describing her memories of life in Rwanda in the 1940s. She returned to the land later after the 1994 genocide to help the survivors.
