Lal Hilditch

Lal Hilditch (born June 2 1894 in Hartford was a English manager. He was the only person to simutaneously hold the titles of player and manager at Manchester United. After John Chapman was suspended in 1926, Lal took over the manager's job for the rest of the year.

Lal's playing career started in 1919. During his United career, he would score 7 goals. He would retire in 1932.
