Lai Changxing
Lai Changxing (赖昌星) is a Chinese businessman who has been described by the official Xinhua news agency as "China's most wanted fugitive".
He fled to Canada in 1999 with his wife Tsang Mingna (曾明娜) and their children. He was recently been denied refugee status in Canada. China accuses him of smuggling and seeks his deportation.
