Lagares is one of the 36 freguesias (parishes) of the concelho (municipality) of Penafiel, in Portugal.

Geography

Lagares is a small village with an area of 10.92km². It is located in the west of the country in the east part of the ditrito (district) of Porto. Lagares is located nearly 30 km from the Atlantic.
