Klaus Baudelaire

Klaus Baudelaire is one of the central characters in the popular children's novels Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. Klaus is the middle child of the Baudelaire orphans. He has an older sibling named Violet and a baby sister named Sunny.

Klaus is an avid reader with a photographic memory. He remembers everything he reads, which often helps him and his siblings escape from dastardly situations. The Baudelaire orphans are named for Charles Baudelaire. Klaus takes his first name from Claus von Bülow.

This character was represented on the film Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events by Liam Aiken, who has also appeared in films such as Good Boy, Road to Perdition, and Stepmom.
