Kivu

Kivu may refer to a number of locations in the Great Lakes region of Africa:

Lake Kivu, forming part of the border between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo
Sud-Kivu, a province in the DRC
Nord-Kivu, a province in the DRC
the "Kivus" refers to the two provinces together and is often used in reference to the recent First Congo War and Second Congo War
