Kišava (Macedonian Кишава) is a small village in the municipality of Bistrica. It is in the district of Bitola. It is located about 20 km S of Bitola and is accessed by narrow mountainious roads. The village is inhabited only by ethnic Albanians, due to their disinclination to live together with Macedonians. Due to this they refuse to learn the Macedonian language, and there are many cases of macedonian Albanians which do not understand the Macedonian language. The rate of illiteracy in Kisava is incredibly high. The villagers' main occupation is farming and herding. The most known product of this village is the Kišava beans which are by far the tastiest beans in Macedonia (beans are a specialty in Macedonia).
