Kirkjuá

Kirkjuá is a river which runs trough the village of Sørvág in the Faroe Islands. The name Kirkjuá translates to 'Church river', and the name of the river comes from the fact, that it runs in close proximity to the church in Sørvág.

Kirkjuá runs trough the valley of Húsadal and out to the sea.
