Kildin Sami

Kildin Saami (Самь Кӣлл (Samʼ Kīll)) is the Sami language spoken around the Kola Peninsula in northwestern Russia. Kildin has an official Cyrillic script.

Kildin Saami also uses macrons (eg. ā) to denote long vowels. These have yet to be included in Unicode.
