Jonathan Ke Quan
Jonathan Ke Quan (born August 20, 1971), is a Vietnamese American actor.
He was born Ke Huy Quan in Saigon, South Vietnam, but was forced to leave his country, when Communist North Vietnamese Army and their Viet Cong agents, defeated the Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN), during the Fall of Saigon. His family immigrated to the United States and he attended Alhambra High School in Alhambra, California. After high school he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC), School of Cinema and Television. He is fluent in Vietnamese, English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
He appeared in two popular films in the 1980s: as Data in The Goonies, and Short Round in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. He was in a starring role in Head of the Class playing Jasper Kwong from 1989–1991, and Together We Stand as Sam. He has also worked as a stunt choreographer for X-Men and The One.
