Sen. Kay Hagan
Kay R. Hagan is a Democratic member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's twenty-seventh Senate district, including constituents in Guilford county. An attorney, Hagan is currently (2003–2004 session) serving in her third term in the state Senate.
