Kay A. Orr
Kay Orr (born January 2, 1939), U.S. Republican Party politician, She served as Governor of Nebraska from 1987 to 1991. She was the state's first woman Governor and the first Republican woman Governor in the United States. From 1981 to 1986, she served as Nebraska State Treasurer. She was born in Burlington, Iowa and moved to Lincoln, Nebraska in 1963.
