Kaje

KAJE is a dance music producer who specializes in Electro-funk, a style inspired by such greats as Kraftwerk, Prince, Afrika Bambaataa, Depeche Mode, and New Order. In 2001, KAJE debuted with the hit remix for M1's "Electronic Funk" on Nulife Recordings which was major club hit for him. KAJE is also one-half of the the production team Trackheadz alongside his long time partner Nick Holder of DNH Records fame.

In 2005 will be the debut release of the Trackheadz album "Believe in Freedom" which will be released on Honchos, NRK Sound Division's sister label. 2005 also brings the long awaited self-titled debut from KAJE which is Canada's first and only high quality Electronic, 5.1 Surround Sound Music disc offered in two (2) different formats, CD & DVD. The debut is more of compilation of ideas KAJE had during a 3 year tenure of self-empowerment. The album is available on KAJE's own label Kompressor, a name inspired by his love of German style vehicles.

KAJE's other notable works are "No More Dating DJ's", "Player 1" and "On My Mind" by Nick Holder in which he co-produced in 2003 on NRK Sound Division. "Our Music" under the name Trackheadz which has been a dance floor filler since early 2002.

2005 will be the dawning of many dreams for KAJE as he has set to complete his first Hip Hop album with Nick Holder under the production name Headnodz, as well as another dance album that is in the process of completion at this time.
