KCNC-TV (CBS 4) is a US television station on VHF channel 4 (analog, 67.25 MHz video, 71.75 MHz audio) and UHF channel 35 digital, based in Denver, Colorado, USA and owned by the CBS division of Viacom. Its transmitter is located in Golden, Colorado. It is a CBS-owned and -operated station.

KCNC switched TV network affiliation from NBC to CBS on September 10, 1995.

KCNC first went on the air on December 24, 1953 as KOA-TV. The callsign was changed to KCNC-TV August 12, 1983.

CBS 4 was formerly known as NEWS4.
