Jorge Toriello Garrido

Jorge Toriello Garrido (died 1998) was one of the three leaders of the military junta which ruled Guatemala from 20 October 1944 to 15 March 1945 An avid polo player, his place in the junta began right after a polo game at the Elgin Polo Club in Zone 13 of Guatemala City, where the revolution movement began.
