Jonathan Howe

Jonathan Howe is a retired four-star U.S. Navy Admiral, was the Special Representative to the UN Secretary General (Boutros Boutros-Ghali) for Somalia in the early 1990s. Howe was also the former Deputy National Security Advisor in the first Bush Administration. He currently is President of the Arthur Vining Davis Foundations.
