R.U. Seerius

R.U. Seerius (or Jon Brewer) is a banjo player and bus driver in the United Kingdom.
He stood for the Official Monster Raving Loony Party for Erewash at the 2001 general election, taking 428 votes — nearly 1%, and beating the Socialist Labour Party into seventh place. He stood for the party at the Leicester South by-election in 2004, beaten narrowly into sixth place by the SLP.
He has stated that he would not want Britain to join the Euro, instead he would invite other countries to join the Pound. He is the OMRLP's Shadow Minister for Uncommitted Manifesto Commitments.
