John Sessions
John Sessions (born January 11 1953 in Largs, Ayrshire) is a Scottish actor best known for his comedy work in improvisation shows like Whose Line Is It Anyway?. A gifted impressionist, he worked on Spitting Image and later the surreal celeb soap opera Stella Street. He has also appeared on Have I Got News For You and QI.
He appeared in the BBC adaptation of Gormenghast (2000) as the character Doctor Prunesquallor.
He made a guest appearance in a special webcast version of Doctor Who in a story called Death Comes to Time, in which he plays General Tannis.
