Joggling board

Joggling boards were very popular on plantations as a recreational past-time. Adults and children would sit and play on them. The main board preferrably should be between 10 and 16 feet long and wide enough to sit on. The end pieces will have two rocking feet each similar to a rocking chair. The end pieces will hold the main board sitting height above the ground. A person can then sit on it, bounce up and down, or sway side to side. The joggling boards popularity has slowing been coming back, mostly as decorations on lawns and front porches.
