Joe Mangrum
Joe Mangrum was born in Florissant Missouri February 10th 1969 attended School of the Art Institute of Chicago BFA 1991. He creates a dialogue of objects from found flora to discarded machine and technological parts. He has created spontaneous works in public all over the west coast of the United States
