Joe Hickerson

Noted folksinger and songleader, born 1935; Joe is best known for bringing together the original Russian text and his own verses to create the basis for "Where Have All The Flowers Gone," for his collaboration with Pete Seeger, and for participating in the first LP recording of "Kumbayah." He is currently active as a clinician, lecturer, researcher, and performer, especially in New York State, Michigan, and the Chicago area.
