Joe Brown (judge)

Joe Brown, born July 5, 1947 in Washington, DC, is a popular judge who currently arbitrates cases on his nationally televised show, Judge Joe Brown. He is of African American Tennessee descent, lived part of his live in Los Angeles, CA and was a judge on the State Criminal Courts for Shelby County, TN before his show. The show airs on FOX.
