Jiri Grygar

Jiří Grygar (March 17 1936 in Heinersdorf, Germany, now Dziewietlice, Poland) is Czech astronomer and popularizer of science.

He is well known to the public in Czech Republic because of his famous TV series about Universe and because of his struggle against un-scientific charlatanism (in Club of sceptics SYSIFOS [1])
