Jim Chapman
James Louis "Jim" Chapman (born March 8, 1945 in Washington, D.C.) is an American politician who was a Democratic Congressman representing the 1st District of Texas in the United States House of Representatives from 1985 until 1997. Chapman chaired the House of Representatives delegation. His home town office was in Sulphur Springs.
