Also James Bacchus. Born June 21, 1949, in Nashville. Two-time United States Representative for Florida. Served for eight years on the Appelate Body of the World Trade Organization (WTO), and was chairman for his final two. First American on the Appelate Body. Served as special assistant to Reubin Askew when Askew was United States Trade Representative.
