Jeff Blake

Jeff Blake (born December 4, 1970 in Daytona Beach, Florida) is an American football quarterback currently with the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL. He previously played for the New York Jets, Cincinnati Bengals, New Orleans Saints, Baltimore Ravens, and Arizona Cardinals. He was drafted in the 6th round of the 1992 NFL Draft by the Jets out of East Carolina. His only Pro-Bowl appearance came with the Bengals.
