James Clappison
William James Clappison (born September 14, 1956) is a politician in the United Kingdom, and Member of Parliament for Hertsmere. He is a Conservative, and won his seat at the 1992 election. He was a junior minister under John Major, and is a supporter of Kenneth Clarke.
