Minami Takayama (高山 みなみ Takayama Minami) is voice actress (seiyū) and a popular singer in Japan. She was born Izumi Arai (新井 泉 Arai Izumi) on May 5, 1964. Along with Shiina Nagano, they form the J-pop duo TWO-MIX.
