Itagaki Seishiro
Col. Seishiro Itagaki
Itagaki Seishiro (板垣 征四郎) (1885–1948) was a Japanese military officer in the Guandong Army. He and Kanji Ishiwara were the men behind the Mukden Incident that took place in Manchuria in 1931.
