IT Service Management Forum

The IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) is an international independent organisation setup to influence the IT Service Management industry. The organisation was setup in 1991 in the United Kingdom.
It promotes the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), which was developed by the UK Government Office of Government Commerce (OGC).
