Isaac Ray Higgins

(October 14, 1980 – )

Born in Louisville, Kentucky and raised in various states, Isaac Ray Higgins is mostly known to hail from Dayton, Ohio. After graduating from Meadowdale High School, Higgins attended Ohio University where he majored in Computer Science.

At Ohio University, Higgins pledged Alpha Phi Alpha, Fraternity, Inc. and became a member March 4, 2000. Ohio University is home to Phi Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha, Fraternity. Higgins spent two years in residence life and was a helping inspiration to many who needed a friendly smile and sound advice. He was also Commissioner of Student Activities for the 2003–2004 school year and was very active in events and programming around the campus.

After graduating with a B.S. in Computer Science, Isaac Ray Higgins decided to go into software programming where he began his own company, IsaacRay Consulting, and contracted him self out to others who needed a hard worker with skill and creative new ideas.
