Intar

Intar is a fictional type of weapon that appears in the sci-fi TV series Stargate SG-1. It first appeared in the Stargate SG-1 episode entitled the Rules Of Engagement. Intars are used for Goa'uld training purposes. It merely stuns the victim instead of killing them. They can take the form of any weapon and they can be identified by a red crystal. It may be related to the technology of the Zat, though Intars fire red blobs of energy rather than blue electrical discharges.
